Teaching is about inspiring and motivating students to realize and exceed their potentials. The greatest teachers of all time have devoted their lives to inspiring and empowering their students to achieve a great things and be good human beings.
In my opinion if you don't like what you do you , you will not success, and in teaching you have to love what you and who are you teaching in order to deal with teaching. The students can get the energy from the teacher, from her smile, from her passion.
Do you think students don't feel how is the teacher acts! In my little experience and working with teachers, I saw teachers don't deserve to be a teacher, not because of their education, but they don't have the passion in teaching, even if there grades are A+.
Teaching from the heart not from the books, the students need to learn.Both students and teacher learn from each other, so teachers don't stop learning just for their Masters. Each day there is something to learn through life . Your thoughts today may change tomorrow,you have to acquire knowledge, critical thinking, and your skills. In learning you can change the world to have better life for you and for the next generation.
